While not every vacation rental can offer a front desk, Second Home Management is committed to offering many of the services a front desk can. All of our properties offer a 24 hour emergency line and nearby staff that can assist any time day or night. We want to be sure our guests know all about the area as well as have a comfort with the property. We will offer local guides as well as post arrival temperature checks with all guests to ensure we offer the care to keep guests coming back again and again.
Our staff live here - we want to ensure the community is a place they way to be as well. We are always looking for ways we can engage and support the community. A portion of every stay revenue goes to a local charity and we also co-market with local partners to offer discounts or even just information for all of our guests. Our owners can take advantage of great discounts too. We also work with local community and visitors bureaus so that we can be a positive influence to all.

Prior to joining Second Home Management Misha served as the Vice President of Asset Management at KHP Capital Partners. He was responsible for full investment cycle oversight of a portfolio of hotel assets with an enterprise value in excess of $600M

Patrick oversees the performance of SHM's portfolio of companies. Patrick previously served as the GM at Kimpton Hotels, opening and overseeing the Journeyman Hotel and Amara Resort. Additional notable experiences include leadership of lodging operations of upscale and luxury segments including the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton hotels
